GOLIATH VERSUS DAVID, PART 2. Has Goliath just decapitated himself with his own sword?

Returning to the story of Irene, the midwife unjustly accused by the Ministry of Health, we find evidence of fraud and the coaching of a witness. Has this become a part of the NZ system of justice?

When I wrote an article based on the four days I had witnessed of the court case against midwife Irene Chain [Ministry of Health versus Irene – Goliath versus David, 12-15 February, 2024], I had no idea of the depth of evil that has infiltrated itself into our medical system and which this trial is uncovering.

Irene Chain Kalinowski is charged in a criminal court with five cases of filling out forms when she was no longer a registered midwife. At the same time, she is appearing in a disciplinary tribunal to answer the same charges. In both cases, the party bringing action against her is the Ministry of Health.

The legal questions surrounding the case are simple and, in my opinion, could be dealt with in a few hours. Irene refused to receive the Pfizer mRNA shot, falsely called a “vaccine”, and, along with many other health professionals, had her licence to practise terminated by the Ministry of Health on 15^th November 2021. To make sure she could be free of the Midwifery Counsel who had a history of persecuting her since 2015, she also sent in to them a letter of resignation the following month. Before her termination date, five forms were filled out for pregnant women who had been her clients to use in future if they were needed, as well as one request for a scan.

The case revolves, therefore, around whether the Ministry can provide any proof for what they claim – that the five forms were originally filled out after 15^th November when Irene was ‘fired’ and not allowed to practise midwifery in this country. We are still awaiting the judge’s verdict on this – it will be delivered on 10^th April at 10.00am at the Waitakere District Court – and last month’s trial appeared to show that the prosecution has no such proof. But the Ministry is so desperate to find Irene guilty of a crime they keep creating new events that she must answer to, so much so that they appear to have coached a witness to perjure himself. They have also been caught out red-handed, fraudulently creating another document and counterfeiting Irene’s signature – a clear case of perjury.

The circumstances surrounding the inconsistencies in the pharmacist’s evidence were mentioned in my original article, however the web of deception has grown larger since then. This is what I originally wrote:

Another witness was a chemist who swore that Irene had come to his pharmacy on 3^rd June, 2022 and had signed forms requesting a drug used by midwives, oxytocin, in front of him. Unfortunately for him, Irene had been in hospital that day, making his account impossible. Was it perjury or a simple mistake? The prosecution later tried to claim that there had been two small windows of time in the morning when she could have gone to his shop before checking in at the hospital and then picked the drugs up after an operation involving a general anaesthetic.

It appears that Irene had been seen in the North Shore Hospital on the morning of 3^rd June and that this had led parties involved in the prosecution to believe she was working for a client and could have been able to go on to the chemist at Lincoln Rd to fill the prescription that they wanted to attribute to her. Following their intentions, the pharmacist asserted in court that he saw her sign the forms and pick up the drugs. However, this was clearly a lie and was demolished by the facts regarding why Irene had been in the hospital. Irene had not been working, but had been there waiting to receive treatment, which took place at midday. She was discharged from hospital just after 6pm and picked up around 8pm.

To cut a long story short, documents exist that prove all this and make it absolutely impossible for Irene to have ordered the drugs at the Lincoln Rd Pharmacy. Added to all this, is the fact that questions around the order supply forms were not one of the five charges.

Realising their mistake, it seems the prosecution team laid another plan of entrapment and persuaded the pharmacist to change his story that Irene had picked up the drugs on the same day. A form was produced with her signature to show this. But the international investigation team that has been examining in great detail every facet of this case in a public enquiry has the proof that the copy of the order form that the prosecution produced has been created by them and that Irene’s signature is not at all from her hand but has been forged from the signature on one of Irene’s submitted documents in her letter of resignation!

It is a well-known saying from Sir Walter Scott (often falsely attributed to Shakespeare) that:

Oh, what a tangled web we weave

when first we practise to deceive.

Those who tell lies place themselves under great stress. One lie sets up the need for others that must be told to cover the first, and eventually the whole web collapses; it’s always the cover-up that gets you in the end! Beyond this simple trial of a midwife, we appear to be in the phase of exposure in many areas of life. The claims that covid was a deadly pandemic are being shown in study after study to have been fraudulent, and Pfizer has already admitted in the European Parliament that it did no research as to whether its product had any effect at all on the pandemic it was introduced to treat. A scam, greater than any ever practised before in history, is slowly coming to light, but those involved in such a gigantic conspiracy to bring harm to the people of the world continue to hold to the legitimacy of all they have done and to push their claims of wrong-doing by others.

What is it that drives people to compulsively attack those who are innocent in such a way? It seems as if the work of the Midwifery Council is paralleled in many other areas where bodies of professionals oversee the work of their members. Before the mRNA shots were mandated, these groups appear to have been coordinated to be ready to give their agreement to whatever the government wanted from them. But activity detrimental to health has been going on in the midwifery field (and it seems in other fields also) since well before that. It is as if decisions have been made to follow policies that are most detrimental to human life – to attack the art of midwifery rather than foster and protect it.

Irene has a special experience of this. She was away some years in China and in that time led a group that wrote a textbook for state-of-the-art midwifery policies for that country. When she returned, it was as if the clock had been set back in New Zealand. She had been responsible for policies designed to assist midwives to do what causes the least amount of stress for women and the new-born and, therefore, the least amount of medical intervention. The Midwifery Council had got rid of these policies as much as possible. There were ideas (such as the regenerative capacity of the placenta and attention given to the holistic well-being of the mother from well before the baby’s birth) that have now been discarded. In hospitals, the friendly atmosphere that she had experienced among colleagues was largely gone, replaced by fear, bullying, suspicion and unhappiness. It is as if everything possible has been done to make the art of midwifery worse rather than better for those who delivered it and the women and new-born babies whom they work with.

The persecution of Irene began well before the time of covid. Irene says that what she was subjected to by the Midwifery Council lasted three years between 2012 and 2015. It brought on in her some severe medical problems and drove her to feel close to suicide. She is aware of many other midwives who have left their profession (and in one case taken her own life) because of such persecution. We are suffering a staffing crisis, but too many good midwives are unemployed or working as real estate agents or in other activities because their ideas are contrary to those of the Midwifery Council who wilfully refuse to consider aspects of reality that clash with their own narrow views.

Irene got through that time, and her awareness of what is behind the attacks today has been part of the motivation for her to fight rather than give in. As she put it at the end of her trial when she addressed other midwives:

Hold on strong! I know what you are going through. I think there is a fear of standing up because you see how these people behave without a conscience, and they attack you and attack you and attack you until there's nothing left inside. This is going to change. ... You have to stand up in truth!"

And in an interview with myself on 21^st March, she elaborated on this:

I know how they attack good people. They and their lawyers (who are liars) do it by sending in bundles after bundles of paperwork, assumptions and lies. They use legalese words – words designed to entrap with ‘trickery’ which you have to reply to. They never investigate their own statements for factual first-hand evidence but make you do all the work for them. Then they go through this and pick fault because you do things that don’t fit within their subjective system. They keep ringing up the till to charge you thousands of dollars. They hound you for years until you end up lying on the floor.

The way an individual comes into the world is a key factor in much of that person’s later life. Could it be that a group of people – not just in the Midwifery Council but in similar professional bodies – has infiltrated our society with the aim of destroying much that is good in our society? The people who have been fighting Irene tend to have no recognition of anything divine and to be of socialist or communist tendencies. (They could be recognized in court by the way that they wouldn’t talk of “women” but “birthing persons”.) The socialist way requires conformity with the collective, and the significance of the individual is diminished compared to the will of that collective. Those who have values different from the prevailing materialist ideas of the party need to be destroyed. And practices that reflect genuine caring values for patients become targets for destruction.

Last week I attended two days of a disciplinary tribunal against another midwife. This individual had the help of a very competent lawyer, Sue Grey, who spoke up for her eloquently and showed that she was a caring person with a conscience who had posted on Facebook out of a genuine concern that women in New Zealand needed to hear facts that were different from the universal dogma of “safe and effective” that was being relentlessly (and as it turns out falsely) driven on all the media and by all the professional organizations. But when this midwife was cross-examined by the attorney working for the prosecution, she was not in a position to defend herself in the manner that Irene has learned. It was for me a terrible experience to see a beautiful and caring person reduced to tears and persecuted for the crime of following her conscience. 

When the exposure phase has gone a little further, those who swore hand-on-heart that the best thing you could do for your unborn child was to be given the clot-shot will find themselves in a grave predicament. It is a strange time now when we encounter those who are as if in a time-warp, absolutely unaware of the evidence of countless medical studies that show conclusively the devastation these new genetically-modified drugs are having on the peoples of the world.

Returning to the broader picture of changes of policy over a number of years in the field of midwifery, the number of Caesarean procedures used in our hospitals has gone up, and, of course, since the mRNA drugs have become standard practice, the percentage of stillbirths and miscarriages has risen dramatically. Combine this with the inhuman practice of abortion up to nine months, passed in a night-time session of Parliament during lockdowns, and one starts to get the picture of a key area of our life that has been consciously sabotaged. Can we restore what has been lost?

What leads a group of people to become so determined to destroy one of their members that they will falsify documents? Two members of the international group that have worked with Irene to expose this fraud, Darren and Claire, have very definite ideas on this and have gathered evidence that our court system has been infiltrated and used for what are essentially racketeering operations. As we are starting to understand, legal terminology is like a foreign language to ordinary, untrained people, and there are countless traps for the unwary. Unscrupulous people are taking advantage of ordinary Kiwis.

Twenty years ago, the malpractice that they are observing in the case of Irene’s trial was practised against Darren and Claire and launched them on a path of exposing this elsewhere. Both in their case and in what they see in other places, they observe that there is often financial motivation for what is happening. In many cases, fines and court costs are not going back to the tax-payer but are being embezzled by the same individuals who are driving the fraud. The InLandsAirWater Counsel International Investigation Team will be pushing for a full enquiry into the way such cases are conducted in New Zealand.

Their report, which runs to 45 pages in length and has been meticulously compiled, will be lodged in the High Court and, as well as being served on the individuals that are exposed in it, will also be sent to the Minister of Health, Health Integrity NZ and, of course, the Midwifery Council. (The latter has, until now, managed to insulate itself from investigation, as complaints about it are handled by its own people.) The InLandsAirWater Counsel report has been public-noticed in www.nonresidentsettlor.org and it is extremely likely that in the course of further investigations the Serious Fraud Squad will be involved.

The person driving Irene’s prosecution is a woman named Jane Birdsall. She is officially the Principle Advisor for Enforcement contracted to the Ministry of Health, Te Whatu Ora. A detailed analysis of her hand-writing points to her having been the creator of the fraudulent documents by which she has attempted to prosecute Irene, an innocent pensioner and a pioneer in non-invasive midwifery and anticipatory medicine.

Irene hopes that people will write to Health Integrity NZ and demand that people such as Ms Birdsall who are carrying on such harassment of health professionals will be fully audited on their processes to ensure they follow the principles of natural justice and serve the people. We should not leave this work of exposure only to the experts. As in so many fields, ordinary New Zealanders need to work to redeem the terrible situation we have got ourselves into. We know that military tribunals are coming, but we cannot expect that everything will be set right in that way alone. Exposure must be followed by new creativity from those who believe in the eternal values of our country.

May this trial sound the death knell for all such persecution as is happening, not only at the Midwifery Council but in other such professional organizations. May those who care about our future feel empowered to do what needs to be done to bring about a better New Zealand.
